FINALHOPE · SEASON 4 EPISODE 1

Rules and Terms of Service

These rules apply to the FinalHope website, game server, market, WebShop and official community channels. Using FinalHope means that you agree to follow them. Treat other players with respect, protect your account and report serious abuse through official support.

1. Gameplay and General Rules

1.1

Accounts and real-money trading

Accounts, characters, items, Gold, WebShop Credits, Cash, Tokens and Sign of Lord may only be used through official FinalHope systems. Selling, buying or exchanging them for outside money, services or assets is prohibited. Any item built using WebShop Credits is automatically classified as a donation item and may not be traded or transferred to another account.

Punishment:Permanent account restriction; related accounts and items may also be removed. Donation items transferred to another account will be deleted, and the accounts involved may be permanently banned.

1.2

Cheats, automation and modified clients

Third-party software, packet tools, memory editors, bots, automated combat, macros that perform gameplay, modified clients and any method that creates an unfair advantage are prohibited.

Punishment:Permanent restriction of the account, device or network where appropriate.

1.3

Bugs and unintended mechanics

Do not exploit bugs, duplicate items, bypass purchase prices, abuse commands or use any feature in a way it was not designed to work. Serious issues must be reported privately through official support.

Punishment:Removal of gains, temporary suspension or permanent restriction depending on severity.

1.4

Fair PvP and event play

Win trading, staged kills, blocking respawns, forced disconnects, event manipulation and using alternate accounts to create artificial ranking or event results are prohibited.

Punishment:Ranking reset, reward removal, event exclusion or account suspension.

1.5

Socket and equipment limits

FinalHope Season 4 Episode 1 equipment must follow the published WebShop and event limits. Maximum total Damage Reduction is 60%. Maximum event Damage Reflection is 90%. Rings and pendants may not contain full five-slot EDI or EDRI combinations. Players must show equipment when requested by a Game Master.

Punishment:Illegal items may be removed or corrected; repeated or intentional abuse may lead to suspension.

1.6

Events and Game Master instructions

Follow the instructions shown for each automated or staff-run event. Do not interrupt event administration, hide disallowed equipment or interfere with checks.

Punishment:Event removal, teleport, PK adjustment or suspension from one hour to seven days.

1.7

Respectful conduct

Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, impersonation, repeated provocation, family insults and offensive names are prohibited in game and on official FinalHope channels.

Punishment:Chat restriction, character suspension or permanent account restriction.

1.8

Staff impersonation and false evidence

Do not claim to be a FinalHope staff member, fabricate screenshots or logs, knowingly submit false reports, or mislead staff during an investigation.

Punishment:Seven-day suspension up to permanent restriction.

1.9

Advertising and spam

Advertising other game servers, scam services, unauthorised marketplaces or harmful links is prohibited. Repeated flooding and disruptive spam are also prohibited.

Punishment:Chat restriction or permanent account restriction.

1.10

Account and identity responsibility

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials, email access and two-factor authentication secure. Account sharing is at your own risk. Never share a password with staff.

Punishment:FinalHope cannot restore losses caused by voluntary credential sharing; rule violations remain attached to the account.

1.11

Character and guild names

Names and emblems must not impersonate staff, contain hateful or explicit material, advertise another project or intentionally mislead players.

Punishment:Forced rename, guild removal or account suspension.

1.12

VPNs and multiple accounts

VPN use is not automatically prohibited, but players are responsible for shared or previously abused addresses. Multiple accounts must not be used to bypass punishments, vote limits, event limits or reward limits.

Punishment:Linked accounts may be reviewed and restricted together.

2. Administration and Project

2.1

Official support

FinalHope staff will never request your password or ask you to transfer items for inspection. Use only support links published on this website.

2.2

Evidence and investigations

Server logs, payment records, item history, market history and screenshots may be used when reviewing a report. Private account information will not be disclosed to other players.

2.3

Enforcement

Penalties depend on severity, intent, prior offences and harm caused. Staff may remove illegal gains, reverse abusive transactions, restrict linked accounts or permanently remove access when required to protect the community.

2.4

Maintenance and balancing

Rates, events, items, prices and gameplay systems may be adjusted to keep FinalHope secure and balanced. Planned maintenance will be announced when practical.

3. Premium Services and Purchases

3.1

Virtual goods

WebShop equipment, currencies, VIP time, character services and other premium products are virtual services for use only on FinalHope. They have no cash value outside the server.

3.2

Secure checkout

Paid services must be purchased through the official FinalHope checkout. Stripe processes card details; FinalHope does not ask players to send card details through chat.

3.3

Delivery

Automated delivery normally follows confirmed payment. Some services require the selected game account or character to be offline. If delivery does not complete, contact support with the order reference.

3.4

VIP Gold

VIP Gold costs €1 per day and may be purchased for 1 to 30 days. Existing VIP time is extended after successful payment confirmation.

3.5

WebShop pricing

Socket weapons, socket armour, socket rings and socket pendants use WebShop Credits. Other eligible items use Gold. Harmony options use Gold. Repeated premium seeds increase the final price as shown before confirmation.

3.6

Refunds and restrictions

Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy and applicable payment rules. A punishment for breaking server rules does not automatically create a right to move delivered goods to another account.

3.7

Fraud and chargebacks

Unauthorised payments, stolen payment methods, false disputes and chargeback abuse may lead to immediate account restriction while the transaction is investigated.

4. Security and Final Provisions

4.1

Protect your account

Use a unique password, keep your registered email secure and enable two-factor authentication when available. FinalHope staff will never ask for your password.

4.2

Official information

Only rules, links, prices and notices published through FinalHope are official. Third-party server names, websites and unofficial payment offers do not apply.

4.3

Rule updates

Rules may be updated for security, balance, legal or community reasons. Continued use after publication means that the updated rules apply.

Important: If you are unsure whether an action, tool, trade or item combination is allowed, stop and ask FinalHope support before using it. “I did not know” does not remove responsibility for a violation.
